How we work
A method, not a rush job
Every job runs the same four steps, so you know what you’re paying for and the tree comes down under control from the first cut to the last rake.

On-site assessment
We come out, walk the property, and look at the tree the way it actually stands: its lean, its decay, and what it can hit on the way down. You get a clear, fair estimate before any saw runs.
- 02
Rigging & removal
Tight backyards and trees over the roof come down in controlled pieces. We rope and lower limbs section by section so nothing lands where it shouldn’t, and bring in the grapple when the reach helps.
- 03
Stump grinding
Once the tree is down we grind the stump below grade so it never sprouts back and you can plant, sod, or build right over it. No leftover trip hazard in the yard.
- 04
Full cleanup
We haul the wood, rake the debris, and blow off the drive and walks. When we pull out, the only sign we were there is the tree that’s gone.

I called KC Tree Works Monday morning after storms had damaged our tree. They answered right away and within an hour came out to look at the tree and gave a fair estimate for removal. They came today and removed it efficiently, made sure the stump was fully ground down and leveled out. They also left no mess. They did the same for my neighbor a couple of weeks ago and on top of it all, they were kind and professional. I highly recommend them!
